no initial limiting with contextual filter

i need an idea on how to remove initial filtering on the selective filter when the view is loaded with some contextual filter
because now the selective filter is limited to the results corresponding to the contextual filter, while i want initially a complete selective list (for all the possible results of this view)

if i deselect in the exposed filter initially selected contextual filter, all the options in the selective list are shown. thanks to this http://drupal.org/node/1721644#comment-6332232 patch, if i later select any filters, the selective list stays complete.
