In the Layout style, if I choose to display Box Count or Button Count, the whole option doesn't show on any page. Only the Standard option will make it visible.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Are you using the current version of dev? I just tested this with the 6.x and 7.x branches and they worked fine.

Actually the latest build 6.x-2.1+11-dev has solved the issue. Sorry I didn't report it earlier.
