ax commentedi found a patch to ViewCVS [1] that <cite>allows to display empty directories in the Attic, apart from directories that contain actual source files</cite> [2]. i installed this on our work ViewCVS (had to fix some things as the patch is for ViewCVS March 2003) and it works perfectly. would love to see this applied to cvs.drupal.org.
