ok seems only specific to Mozilla 1.7.13 and 1.7.7 ( ok i know old browser )

but the initial size of the text box in the contact form distorts the RHS column

Resizing the Message area then fixes the width , but the initial size is still messed up .
this does not happen in firefox or IE so i suspect its Mozilla related maybe the resizing text area.

Seems Mozilla has size issues with width in the ubercart checkout as well so its not specific to Contact form.

Pretty sure this should be addressed in 1.7 theme rewrite.
