Problems with Technorati module

Description
I downloaded the module and activated it as per insturctions. When I select the content type as manual entry, I get the following error Fatal error: Call to undefined function: base_patch() in /home/thegrea/public_html/desimom/modules/technorati/technorati.module on line 180
