Development snapshot from branch: 7.x-3.x

Release notes

This is now the home of development that was previously on the "store-credit-7" branch. This code is in use on several sites, but should still be considered experimental.

This represents is a fairly major architectural change: coupons are now full-fledged entities. Additional functionality includes
- Ability to use coupons as gift certificates and for store credit (see: http://drupal.org/node/1064406)
- Ability to use coupons for recurring payments
- A coupon order-edit pane which allows order admins to add/remove coupons from existing orders.
