"Locale settings" translation

Hello and thanks for the good work with the beta2. I am going through the various string translations and might make a few comments, if you do not mind.

Of course we don't mind. We encourage people to download the greek translation, test it thoroughly and file issues with comments and/or fixes.

Yes, I think this is something we missed. It will probably change.

I think that it is really about the language and not about locale settings (date format etc). So, the translation is more correct than the original.

In case that sounded dismissive, of course suggestions are welcome and valuable.

Where does this particular string appear?

Natuk is right. It is in /user/[uid]/edit, in the title of a collapsible section at the bottom, and it refers to the time zone.

I wrongly assumed it was about "Localization" because its path is "locale".
