After logout drupal and login again with administrative user, there is no link to get back to the admin page.

How can I open the admin page?

go to : yoursite.com/admin

I tried but page not found. My site is running IIS. The index.php page is working fine.

I don't see any admin page or admin folder in the directory.

If you don't have Clean URLs enabled, try http://www.yoursite.com/?q=admin
