The mobile preview functionality only works with responsive layouts, so we need to put one of those on node/1 to show the whole package.

Actually we decided not to do this for now. Reason being is we need some reliable way to check to see if there's a node on the page, and can't figure that out in the next 24 hours. :P

Instead, we're going to make the responsive preview non-dependent on having a responsive layout.
