I am using a clean install of Drupal and BlueMasters 7.x-1.3 and my page titles are displaying below my page content.

Screenshot attached.

Page source for that area is as follows (some whitespace removed):

<div class="content">
<div id="node-4" class="node node-page" about="/dynze" typeof="foaf:Document">

  <div class="content clearfix">
    <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>DynZE is a dynamic IP address updater for ZoneEdit that runs as a Windows service.</p>
<p>It is offered as freeware, meaning without cost and warranty.</p>
<p>Download links will be available shortly.</p>
</div></div></div>  </div>

  <div class="clearfix">
          <div class="links"></div>

      </div>

</div></div>
</div>  </div>
</div>
						<h1 class="title">DynZE: A Dynamic IP Updater for ZoneEdit</h1>

            <h2 class="element-invisible">Primary tabs</h2><ul class="tabs primary"><li class="active"><a href="/dynze" class="active">View<span class="element-invisible">(active tab)</span></a></li>
<li><a href="/node/4/edit">Edit</a></li>
</ul>

        </div><!--main-->
