This module is great, but it would be nice if the box that all the taxonomy elements in it did not have to be named "categories."

Is there a way to do this already, or could a way to do this be configured in the module?

It probably could be changed by this module, but the fieldset title is actually done by the core taxonomy module, so that should really be where this issue should be filed.
