There is unclosed tag on line 131 in fasttoggle.module file wich cause to show next configuration blocks smaller.
I think the correct code is:

      'comment' => t('Topic opened/closed <small>(users are allowed/disallowed to post comments)</small>'),

I don't know if this can be eve considered bug ;)

Thanks for reporting! I fixed this in the development version (the 5.x-1.x-dev release on the fasttoggle project page).
