This module seems to do nothing - what Taxonomy does it put terms in anyway?

Description

I installed and configured location module, and created a content type that has location information. I then installed and activated this module, and set it to take location information from the appropriate content type.

Nothing whatsoever seems to happen to the taxonomy or terms tables, nor the node.

Since there is no interface for the module(s) hierarchy or xHierarchy to choose a taxonomy vocabulary to insert terms in, I first assumed that either it create a taxonomy vocabulary of its own to work with. This didn't seem to happen. So I dug around in the code, and it looked sort of like it tries to choose the first vocabulary that is assigned to the node. So, I created a vocabulary and assigned it to the node type, and re-edited the node.

Still nothing.

What was supposed to happen? Am I doing something wrong?

I was hoping that what this module did was create hierarchical terms in a taxonomy based on location information, that I could use to tag nodes with in order to create easier searches. I can't tell what, if anything it does though.

I am stuck at the same place.
Next I will dig throught the module code to see what i can find.
Based on the module description I thought this would work diferently.
Does anyone know another way to create a dynamic taxonomy based on location?
