On the project page, it says:

NodeStream beta3 contains draggableviews 2. Check the release notes for details before upgrading!

… but the link to the release notes doesn't work. I get “Access denied”.

(Also, I can't see any beta3 version, just the beta1 version.)

We have several issues with the Drupal.org infrastructure, NodeStream doesn't build because of a bug in an old version of drush, which drupal.org is running. I have posted a documentation page that contains the release notes for now. The link on the front page has been changed.
