archive 6.x-0.8-dev

This will probably be the last development release for the 6.x branch. Drupal 6 should be releasing soon and there are no more features being developed for it. Unless there are serious bugs in this release that warrant a 0.9 release, next will be 1.0-stable.

Changes:
Removed unused variables
Calendar block month title now link only if posts for that month
Added translation template from 5.x branch
Added Russian pot file from 5.x branch
Ported over good block_calendar code from 5.x branch
Moved common functions to archive.module so that extra includes aren't needed.
Removed archive.install
