New uploaded Images are not being attached when ""attach existing image" option is disabled. They show fine in preview but when the node is saved there is not attched image to node. SO somehow the images is getting uploaded but loosing association with node during save.

But when the "attach existing" image is enabled, it shows the the image fine in preview as well as actual page.
