Taxonomy Role 1.2 for Drupal 5.x.

#132110: Ported to Drupal 5.x.
#120894: Fixed lost terms when updating a node that used vocabularies the user was denied access to.
#155075: Fixed incompatibility with Taxonomy Super Select.
Added the option to show denied vocabularies as disabled fields instead of always hiding them.
