Please see attached screenshot. We use this module on a lot of sites and it works great. It was working great on this site and then suddenly the admin menu looks like the attached file. Clearing the cache does not help, any ideas?

However, it seems it is outdated because Drupal 6 is EOL (End-of-life) and will no longer be supported.

In case if you or anyone is still facing on Drupal 7/8, please to re-open it, change to a correct version, provide with more information and a screenshot which might help us to troubleshoot. :)
