The title says it. If I enable the password tab module, a user using the "forgot my password" link can login but cannot change his password because the password tab requires the old password.

This is a duplicate of #1596960: Force password change on first-time login requires password to change because the password tab is doing a redirect, which is creating the same behavior as a user clicking away.
