Do u try to reproduce this in last DEV version of CKEditor module?
Do u see any Javascript errors?

Yes, I have the same problem with the dev version.
I don't see any javascript error.

I don't know why, but when I disable Node Form Settings Module, it solves the problem.

Have the same problem.
span id="cke_edit-field-profile-description-0-value" disappears when click "Remove file" in filefield.
After this js says: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined.

I've got the same problem, and I don't have the Node Form Settings module installed.

The bug is only for non-admin users.

The bug occurs only if you do a mouse click. If you reach the delete button using the tab key and press the spacebar it works as expected.

I have the last CKEditor versions.
