I know this issue have risen in the past, but i can't seem to find a solution.

I've put my drupal folder in public_html/drupal, but I used THIS TUTORIAL to serve my site from www.mydomain.com instead of www.mydomain.com/drupal

all worked great, only Global Redirect doesn't work anymore. are there any recommendations?
