Consider flexible country for addressfield

This issue is really only relevant if there's interest in the demo feature being a more generic example....

Currently field_address instance countries are limited to the US. This works for the demo use case, but it might be more useful for example purposes to remove that and also remove the set the default_value to an empty array. Doing so will trigger use of the site's default country and hence be more flexible.
