Issue Summary
It would be great if when you post, the buddies on your list receive an email to notify of a new post from a buddy. and the user could turn off the notification.

should not be that hard but would stand a better chance if a patch was offered as I don't have time right at the moment to write this.

have there been any updates to this? is it possible to do this yet?
