Hello,
I found this bug. I am not sure if it is problem with buddylist or the cck-module. When I want to see my buddylist I get this error:

* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /opt/lampp/htdocs/fussballnz/sites/all/modules/cck/fieldgroup.module on line 394.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /opt/lampp/htdocs/fussballnz/sites/all/modules/cck/fieldgroup.module on line 394.

And no buddylist is there.

I use the nodeprofile and profiles as nodes modules and have fieldgroups in my profiles.

The error-message is gone now, but the buddylist still don't work. See the attached file for the look of my pending request.
The strange thing is, that the buddy is list is created, if I use buddylist_get_buddies I get the right buddylist. Very Strange.

pending request is working fine in the "HEAD" version. did you change the setting for "Require approval:" to yes? See the attaced file, it is working fine in my local.
