Work the module with SLL-Proxy (shared SSL)?

I modified the code for. There are two new configfields where the sslproxy ip needs to be inserted and the module needs to be activated.
careful!
make sure that you inserted the correct ip and only the ip (no fqdn, localhost or somewhat). after that you must activate the module.

i don't know how to create a patch against the current version (5.1-1.3), so if anyone like to have it contact me. zip-attachments are not allowed.

I need this functionality as well. Where are these fields and how do I configure them before activating the module?
