Lj-cut appears even when there are no page breaks.

Description
When using the "Post the teaser with the rest behind a cut" setting under "How to handle Teasers", the post to LJ will appear with an LJ cut even if no teasers or page breaks were specified. If there are no pagebreaks in the post, I would think that the LJ crosspost would have no cut.

This seems to happen in 6.x-1.4 as well, so I updated the version for the ticket.
