Hi -

I've deployed a Drupal-controlled puppetmaster and package server for the testbots. Currently it's at ec2-107-20-92-65.compute-1.amazonaws.com, but I'd really like it to have a Drupal infra domain name (temporarily using testbotmaster.thefays.us as a CNAME).

I'd love to have testbotmaster.drupal.org. However, if we're not allowing drupal.org addresses for this type of host, could we register drupalinfra.org for this purpose?

Anyway:

Would appreciate a domain name

testbotmaster.drupal.org A 107.20.92.65
testbotmaster.drupalinfra.org A 107.20.92.65

or whatever!

Thanks,
-Randy

Hi Randy,

I registered testbotmaster.devdrupal.org, it should push out in 24 hours. I made it a full A record, since puppet does reverse checking. However, this requires an IP address. How static is the IP assigned currently?

Hi Randy,

We now also have an OSL VM if you want to set it up as a puppetmaster. testbotmaster2.devdrupal.org is the OSL version of the VM. Your key is attached to the root account, so you can just ssh as root with your key.

Thanks for all the work on this!

Can we just change tesbotmaster.devdrupal.org to 140.211.10.25 and kill the record for testbotmaster2.devdrupal.org?
