INSTALL.txt, step #3 states:

3) CONFIGURE OPTIONS FOR TAXONOMY ACCESS: Go to page:
"Administer >> Site configuration >> Taxonomy Access: Settings".

This doesnt appear to exist. Is this a doc bug, or an app bug? If its an app bug, is there a URL that will take me to that settings page?
