This patch allows a taxonomy field to include terms from multiple vocabularies. It allows multiple selections for vocabulary under 'specify terms to show' on the field configuration page, and adapts content_taxonomy_options_array (which returns the options for a taxonomy field) to handle either a single value or an array of values for the vocabulary id.

Cleanup of old issues. According to maintainer: "active development is only done for the 6.x branch! 5.x is not supported any more".
Open a new issue if problem still exist.
