Profile based App installations can specify a default set of apps to have selected and a set that are required. Currently this is all handled via code in the profile, move this specification to the profile's .info file.

Somewhat related: #1444770: Enable multiple install-time profiles in Apps. Defining the defaults in the .info file might facilitate introducing multiple predefined apps sets.
