Is it possible to only allow comments on certain types of nodes? I can't seem to find this in the settings page of comments or content types.

Go to "Administer >> Content Management >> Content Types" and click "Edit" on the type of node you want to modify. Then scroll down to the section labeled "Default comment setting:" and select the appropriate option, and click "Save."

Oops, thanks. I knew that, but I couldn't seem to find it.
