Issue Summary

I am getting following error and page is not displaying anything(except following error).
When I tru EDITing or SUBMITing any of content(Home » content»edit/add)........following error results

user error: Duplicate entry '20' for key 1
query: INSERT INTO copyright_node (nid, cpyid, children_show_notice) VALUES (20, 0, 0) in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\drupal\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 125.
warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\drupal\includes\common.inc:344) in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\drupal\includes\common.inc on line 155.

Please help me to resolve this error.
