When I installed and activated this module, my entire contact form disappeared. I did get the checkbox for adding the person to a newsletter, but nothing else -- the entire rest of the form was just not there.

Needless to say, I disabled the module and won't be using it (at least unless and until it gets updated considerably), but I just wanted to report what happened. Has anyone else encountered this or am I just lucky?

Cancel that. My fault. I didn't have the form set up properly.

Though I'd still need a way of integrating it with SimpleNews before this module will really be useful to me.
