I know this module has received several requests for support, and here's another one...

How do I add an image - an ad banner; hard coded, to the notify.module page?
It'd be nice to be able to include the ad module with notify, but with your current work load, it's not immediate, hence the request for hard code assistance.

I want to put an ad at the top & bottom of the emails that are sent out.

Support request not answered in five years. Probably not much interest any more and I also think the request as little to do with the Notify module, but is just a general question about customising Drupal.
