aron novakI think it's not a problem to show the Refresh tab. The module behaves nicely if you try to Refresh a feed without url:
"This feed () doesn't have any processor. It's not possible to refresh the feed."
I think this is a correct behaviour. If you experienced different, ugly behaviour, please let me know.
(I fixed some errors at the DRUPAL-5 CVS, because when you tried to see a feed without URLs, there were a couple of error messages)
It's a good question if it'd be better or not for the user if the Refresh tab is hidden when no feed url. But i think it's not a bug , the module's behaviour makes sense IMHO. That's why I transformed this ticket into a feature request.

buddaThere's two sides to this:
1) the refresh tab should always be there, as it gives a consistent user interface for site admins.
2) Whats the point in showing a button which is knowingly going to display an error message when clicked.
I'm not sure which i would prefer. I guess that without being shown the error message i would never know why the refresh tab was missing...
