as an administartor i.e name email or password while registered user still can its says „Gültigkeitsüberprüfung“ (the german one for checked unvalid?
is there anything I can do? Just now I change things and activate the module afterwards! And then again not to many changes are required in my account, but as I´m just learning to work with Drupal I was wondering ...

Hi,

It depends on your settings on the avatar selection configuration screen "Administer >> Site Configuration >> Avatar Selection" (admin/settings/avatar_selection). I'm not totally sure what your configuration is or whether this is affecting the registration of new users or the modification of existing users or both.

With the 5.x-2.1 release, if you don't want the selection of an avatar image to be compulsory (can only be enforced on registrations, or on account modifications when the "Disable users uploading pictures to profile" option is checked) then disable the "Force users to select an avatar image" option.

With the 5.x-2.x-dev release, if it's affecting the registration of users and you don't want the selection of an avatar image to be compulsory, then disable the "Force users to select an avatar image on user registration" option. If it's affecting the modification of an existing account, and you again don't want the selection of an avatar image to be compulsory, disable the "Force users to select an avatar image when editing their account" option.

I think you are right somehow it affected registered and new users! anyway sorted it out somehow and way for the 6.0 version!
