Each of the plugin types should get a good test coverage, so let's collect
issues for each of them and some really detailed code based on that.

One problem with that at the moment is that a lot of the handlers are actually written in a way that they only work
with the sql query backend. We had some plans to change that so i'm wondering whether it is perfect to write the tests know,
as they will all test just the sql specific part.
