I want to build a site like foodnetwork.com. I do not need all the features, just the major ones. I have drupal installed and running, most of the modules i want installed and configured. What can i expect to pay for someone to make my site look and fell like food networks?

As the folks here can better talk about pricing, etc.

Bear in mind though that designs are copyrighted, so probably no one can build you a theme that looks like the Food Networks'. :) It's possible you could use some of the same design elements on your site though, where approrpriate.

I would expect that to cost upwards of $700 . That's some serious theming.

I agree the overall theme of the site would be around 700, but then you have to look into how many sub-page theme/designs you want, not to mention setting up some major CCK - View action to organize and display all your content.
