First and second in one block and third in other

How to allow that in first block to be able to leave fist and second level and split to another block third level.
To be able to tell from which level to start spliting.

This module doesn't do this, for now. It only shows first level menu in the main block and all the child levels in the secondary block. I'm not planning to add a different functionality for the moment for lack of time, but I wouldn't mind to add it if someone submit a patch :-)
