Hi,

I think there should be some more visual way of changing up the blocks on different domains. I'm assuming right now you could set some variable in the domain's "init" in the multipledomain settings, and then use that in the block setup for "Only display if...", but I think that Multiple Domains should add some kind of section to the Blocks module configuration page to select domains we want this block to display on.

Quick Fix/Temporary Fix:

Have a different theme or copy of a theme as default for each site, and set up blocks differently for those different themes.
