Implement Structure Guide

any guy know how to implement the directory like Structure Guide in Community Docs home? thanks

To the best of my knowledge the landing pages are built by hand (HTML in a node)
the remainder of the pages are organized in the book.module

The core book module is used here on drupal.org.
