Fix for #1078996 and 275486 - anon users will no longer get cached blocks. Existing users must re-save for this to take effect.

Fix for #236918 - block config now has an option to use Drupal's session table to store variables. User must still get the system cookie for the module to work (unless you have cookie-less sessions setup somehow).

New features:

- now set any number of visits rather than 1-10
- default block text is nicer, puts site url into text
