Fyi, don't try to get the invite.module to work with anything lower than the dev version (2007-Aug-24) of the token module - or you install will/may throw errors when new content is created. (old content didn't throw errors, only newly made stuff)

Probably worth documenting somewhere.

Hm... not sure what this has to do exactly with Invite, since we're never "creating new content". From your description it sounds more like the token 1.8 release has issues in general, is that the case?
