I just downloaded Filestore2 module .I started using it , i have encountered error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fscache_is_file_stored() in /opt/lampp/htdocs/drupal-4.5.2/modules/filestore2/filestore2.module on line 338

Can any one help me .

I'm guesing that means that you don't have the fscache module installed?
