If a node is not published or private (in Organic group), arguments are accessible in any case.

I've never used organic groups, so without additional info I will have a hard time dealing with this.

It concerns to all types of documents. Properties of the node vary (for a example, publish -> unpublish), but the child arguments all the same remains accessible.

Yes, the arguements are not aware of the status of the parent node. Not sure how to deal with it, node comment module maybe can give some clues.
