Creating a WAP site with Drupal should well be possible and merley a matter of a creating a theme that generates WML pages. I am not aware of any existing WML themes, though. There may be issues taking full advantage of WML cardsets, but I imagine building a cardset from a list of nodes (e.g. blog entries) should not be hard at all to do.

A mobile theme was added to the themes downloads are not long ago. Matter of fact there may be two there now.

Not WAP

There are two themes for mobile devices, .mobi and Mobile theme. However, none of them creates WAP-Pages. They generate simplified HTML output suitable for mobile web browsers, not WML for WAP browsers.

Thank you

Are you using a Screenreader, djhost?

It would be interesting to read from somebody using a screenreader how Drupal sites (and the standard themes) works for her/him. I once did some Tests with JAWS (an awful yet common screenreader) but I did not spend the money for the full version of it.
