I'm running WYSIWYG 7.x-2.1 and color box 7.x-1.3 with CKEditor selected as the GUI Editor.
When enabling the Media Browser button; editing some content with the CKEditor GUI and clicking on the icon for the browser, I get the outline and grey background of a frame, but nothing else - the page freezes.
- The simple file importer permission is enabled
- I have configured Media settings.
- There is nothing in watchdog or the firefox javascript debugger.
- Have tried updating various modules to later versions but with no success.
Mysterious - just wondered if this was a known issue?
Thanks

turist CreditAttribution: turist commentedHi bluffit,
Here is my local config (virtual machine ubuntu 12.10)
Drupal 7.15
Media 7.x-2.0-unstable6
Colorbox 7.x-1.3
ckeditor 3.6.4 -> I've used this one: http://download.cksource.com/CKEditor/CKEditor/CKEditor%203.6.4/ckeditor...
I've added content in the default article content type, added 1 image, edited the text - moved around the image, click on the media button - everything works fine.

turist CreditAttribution: turist commentedWill be helpful if you'll specify your configs and steps to reproduce in a more detailed manner. I did not tested it in Mac OS, but there is good chance that it might work for me - (I work on a clean install).
try to inspect the behavior of the media loader with chrome inspector or firefox firebug, maybe you can catch some js errors that you can share here.
Hope it will work.

southweb CreditAttribution: southweb commentedThanks very much for your help. The requirement for this has gone a little cold for now, but will come back. One of the issues is the scale of the current application and the risk of contagion from other modules. I will try again with a clean install and report back. If that works, then it is an integration issue on our side.

Are you using Seven as your admin theme? If not, you might be experiencing #1328838: Floated layout elements in $content variable cause Media Dialog height of 0 (see the screenshots in comment #7).
Please feel free to reopen this issue if you find more information and are still experiencing this issue.
