If you install this module after users have been created, the pre-existing users cannot save changes in their profile. It errors out saying that "you must accept T&C" but doesn't give the option of accepting it. When this situation occurs, the user should be shown the T&C and be allowed to accept them.

I'm having problems getting the projects system to show the latest version of the module, so please ignore the download listed on the project page, and instead grab this version from CVS (4.5 - Sun Feb 13 2005), which fixes the problem you encountered.
