After enabling module and setting it up nothing comes up.
I can do the settings without any errors. (i know how to set up, I use D^ version on a couple of other sites)
Neither math neither image works.
Form save works fine without captcha coming up.

On what forms are you trying to add a CAPTCHA?

What is the name (and "machine name"_ of that content type? what form_id do you use on the CAPTCHA settings page?
