Ideally it would be nice if the size of the Question Order Box could be variable size, but more than 4 lines would be a big improvement.

Also on Update i expected the 'choose category' list again rather than 'Question Order' box, It wasnt to me intuitive, maybe it needs a a save button too, but which returns the user to category list

Attached is a patch for both requests and also added it to CVS - it will be included in the next release.

The size of the question order box was variable in Firefox but IE7 was limiting it to 4 lines. I've changed this so it will be a variable size up to a maximum of 20 lines.
